Hello Tyson .
I know that blesta is not supporting this . but I ask if we can find a custom way via plugin to generate invoice and attach it to a service to be renewed when it be paid .
The first obstacle I found . when invoice is created and not paid the related service is suspended in the due date .
So I think blesta should think for a solution to let client renew their service before renew date . is a mymust ha e option In the domain market specially .
Some client want to renew domains for x years in advance. And is boring we renew and generate invoice and changing renew date in service . 3 Taches for admins + ticket or email by client .

this feature can't be done if blesta cna't handle this other feature

either add the feature or at least a dd a way that a plugin can work with it . (i code the plugin freely for the community).

we have discussed this subject several times, not just the navigation bar for step but the whole order form for hosting industry is highly required . the actual one is not adequate to the hosting market

Micke your solution will add a unique title for all the support manager pages . take this one , and every page has it own titles .
 
in client_tickets.php  controller under this line :

also is better to add a new phrase language in clients_tickets

when the staff change status ticket or re-open a closed ticket , it show in the reply page a alert box with the info about the status changed and date .
 
this info is not translated , i have searched some view files but i can't find where i can make it translatable .
The status has been changed to XXXXX . Feb 14 2016 12:55 AM by mohamed anouar only the status is in multi-language mode .
 
 
note i have translated all the language files . and tested with 3 languages .
 
i don't have time to spend in searching files & files to find where this come . wich file i should look in it ?

after 2 mounth of work , i'm almost done the new site and migrate from v2.5 to v3 .
 
my website is totally based in blesta (client area and front end area) .
 
i have made the full website in multi-languages :
 
navigation links in client area are the same core navs , i have just added my magin plugin to make them multi-languages
company info / gateways name also is multi-languages with a magic plugin .
 
the woderfull here is NO CORE FILES CHANGED (only init.php) , is a custom plugins and my own  CMS plugin . the link are totally seo friendly like

the language can be changed by clients and guests anywhere in blesta .
 
also i have added the ability to clients/visitors change the currency anywhere in blesta .  a cart showed anywhere in blesta . and the template colors also .
 
so the website is coded with a custom CMS plugin that support multi-languages also,
 
now it remain just some tweak in the design , and i want  a feedback about it ...

We selected Blesta to sell other web services.
 
After years, we're moving to sell also hosting but objectively there are a few limitations on it: first of all, the way to sell hosting > domain as described by naja7host, especially useful when we want to sell hosting package with a free domain included (as a great number of providers do).
 
We tried with a few old clients that wanted buy some hosting plans: at the end... we done a live chat support to guide the user.
 
As Licensecart often says, a few clients aren't the rule but my question is: why the majority of hosting resellers do differently?

Due to the Blesta updates and the constant changes of the cPanel API, the module has been broken down over time.
I have received several messages here in the forum commenting on various problems they are having with the module.
In addition to this, several bugs and even security issues have been found, many of these directly inherited from the old cPanel Extended from ModulesGarden code that was released under the MIT license.
As a solution to all these problems, we consider that the best option is to completely rewrite from scratch the module using the latest cPanel SDK (Authentication by Tokens) and the latest development standards. (PHP 7 and PSR-2)
The process of rewriting a module as complex as cPanel Extended is a very time-consuming process, so it requires the development team to be full-time involved in its development to ensure a quality and safe product. This is one of the reasons why we are raising funds, in order to finance the time that will be spent on development.
Because cPanel Extended is a totally free, ad-free and open source module, it does not represent any monetary income for us, so it is complicated for us to schedule specific time to maintain the module, therefore we decided to make the next version, a paid module, in order to afford the time of development and maintenance and avoid abandoning the module. 
Although cPanel Extended will now be a paid module, we will release a completely free "cPanel Extended Lite" version, with all the functions of cPanel Extended v5 (But without bugs :p), Also by supporting the financing of cPanel Extended, you will also be helping to the free version receive the same maintenance and development as the paid version.
What if we don't reach the goal? If we do not reach the campaign goal within 30 days, all the backers will receive a refund.

The Universal Module allows you to make products or services without a module...
 
The best way to explain it is in my KB Article How can I sell a product without a module?
 
If you want to pay for a module to be done, you don't need it, if there's a module already done, you don't need it. If you would like a product to send you a email / via the api you can do it on the Universal Module.
 
I use it for LiteSpeed, Softaculous, CraftSRV, etc licenses because I don't have a module for them yet. I used to use it for Blesta / InterWorx licenses before I had  a module done where I re-made the packages with the new module.
 
I've had a customer use it for providing the address for their mail office. (They used to sell office space and mail delivery etc).
So a customer ordered and they then got a welcome email with the address, this was manually entered after their order was accepted.

after gateway installation , the gateway name has no relation with languages files . so edit delete has no impact of the displayed name .
 
the only solution i see now is to hack gateway-manager.php model , to make it fetch the name from file and not from database . is not so hard , i will share my solution in the next minutes .
