Bug detected: Domain regist/transfer loop on order page.     Problem:   Wen creating, in this case in admin/packages:   (I have omit some fields that are not necessary)   Package ID 1 = Domains, Module = eNom, Group = Hosting Package ID 2 = Hosting Plan X, Module = cPanel, Group = Hosting Package ID 3 = Domains, Module = InternetBS or LogicBoxes, Group = Hosting   After that, we create an Order From, in this case:   Name: Hostin Plans, Type = Domain and Other, Domain Group = Hosting, Package Group = Hosting   Wen trying to purchase, it goes in loop on Domain Registration, it does show the Check Domain Availability, and also shows the button to "Order Selected", after that it shows correctly the "Configure" options, but wen clicking the "Continue" buttons it goes again to "Check Domain Availability", and dosent go to Hosting Plan Selection.   Then I have created a new Group called "Domains", and have change the Package ID 1 and ID 3 to the new Group Domains, after that I went to the Order From, and edit, and change the Domain Group = Domains, and saved.   The problem still the same.   Solution that I have found:   Finaly I have created a new Order From with the same configurations, and have worked.   I have not traced yet the problem, but its very strange.   Regards, PV

Obviously that Pay now isn't a link. How can I make it a link like it should be as I had one customer complaining they couldn't click a link and directly pay like there is on the invoice reminders.

I tried loading blesta.com in Chrome and FF on the mac right now and I just get a spinning wheel.  Anyone else have issues?

I probably wouldn't be a Blesta customer if it weren't for that promo, and I've since purchased Add-On company licenses, totaling me at well over what the full-price ($210, right?) license would cost me today. I've also purchased the ModuleGarden cPanel module for Blesta, which I assume helps to further grow the 3rd-party community around Blesta. Despite Blesta's current shortcomings or immaturity, we are making it work for several of our businesses. So, I must say that I'm a proponent of the $99 sale which happened, because for me it lowered the barrier of entry enough to justify giving something new a try.
 
I struggle to see the excessive "flipping" which most everyone here seems to be convinced of. I'm sure a case or two exist, but in general I have seen a lot of people selling a single license with minimal margins over $99. If I were in their shoes, I wouldn't sell my copy for $99 either, I'd try to recoup a few extra bucks too! It seems to me that if people were serious about flipping licenses in such a manner that they would have purchased many licenses and be selling them en masse. Most of what I'm seeing is one guy with one license and a business which could have used Blesta. The evidence of my take on it goes further, though:
 
If Blesta were already in high-demand then we wouldn't be seeing so many licenses sit unsold, and these $99 buyers would be running out of licenses quickly. But, what we're seeing is a lot of people willing to undercut the Blesta direct price by ~$50 and still not selling the license. I bet if Paul published the Blesta sales over time we would see that licenses were selling dramatically faster during Beta at the $99 rate than they are now. I myself could justify dropping $99 without knowing much about what I'm getting, just for the off-chance that it gets me away from WHMCS. Like many others who felt the same way, I ended up with a Blesta license long before I ever used the software. I personally know several people whom purchased during that $99 period and who can't yet make Blesta work for them so they are just sitting on the license and keeping an eye on Blesta's progress. It's no surprise to me that others whom purchased at $99 and Blesta didn't work for them are selling their licenses now. It's also no surprise to me that these licenses are sitting unsold, as I think the hosting community (at least) has more awareness about the state of Blesta than it did during the Beta.
 
Any license "flippers" who purchased a lot of licenses with intent of resale only provided Blesta with more income during Beta. How is this any different than a reseller, really? They paid consumer rates for bulk at the time, betting on Blesta to become popular. It's almost like we should appreciate these guys, not belittle them. Now these guys are serving as Blesta salespeople out posting on forums, which can only help expand the active community. If solid demand for Blesta existed, their $99 licenses would be history by now.
 
From my perspective, we have a whole lot of license holders and potential customers waiting to see Blesta progress before they make any decisions. I suspect as we see 3.1, 3.2, more modules, etc. come to light, and the current 30% direct discount ends, these licenses will begin to dry up. I say this because buyers on the fence will feel more comfortable, and because less people will be inclined to sell their license.

Attached is a pre-release version of the Enom module. A lot of people have asked for it lately, and I wanted to make it available. Please note that this is considered a beta, version 1.0.0-b2.
 
To install the module, unzip and upload the enom directory to /components/modules/. You should then have /components/modules/enom/. Then, go to Settings > Company > Modules > Available, and click to Install the Enom module.

A feature I'd to see happen is being able to create clients from tickets.  A department or two of mine allows non-clients to submit tickets, and I think it'd be useful to be able to click on an option to turn that email into a client instead of having to do it manually.

ModulesGarden had recently released their cPanel Extended module to us, and now after fixing some sanitization issues, we're recently the module unencoded for free (see attached).
 
Since we've made a few changes, it's possible we've introduced new issues, so we're considering this a beta version. Let us know if you find anything.
 
Based on our initial once-over of the module, it's evident that there are some bugs; which we did not attempt to fix. For example, attempting to unsuspend a service does not actually unsuspend the service.
 
You can upload the contents of the attached zip to your Blesta installation directory, and then head into Blesta's admin interface to install the module under [settings] -> [Modules] -> [Available].
 
NOTE: Version 2.0.0+ of this module requires Blesta v3.2.0+.

I am trying to configure the Universal Module for a product, but this thing is confusing me. I'm following the documentation at docs.blesta.com, but without help actually. Its just confusing, so I was wondering if someone could help me trough teamviewer?

While doing work for a client, one of the requests was to make it so the SolusVM module properly (un)suspends a virtual server, instead of shutting down/starting up (which the client could then easily reverse if they wanted via SolusVM CP).  The fix to this is actually pretty simple, so I thought I'd share it!
 
This assumes you're running Blesta v3.1.1 with no changes made to the module:
 
Open /path/to/blesta/components/module/solusvm/solusvm.php in your favorite text editor, and look for line 482:

I've been working over the last few days to establish Australian English as the default language by taking the en_us language files, duplicating them to en_au and making various changes to spelling and localising terminology.  I currently have both languages active and in various locations I now see two tabs -- one for English, US and one for English, AU.
 
However when I go to edit a template under Settings > Emails > Email Templates, I only see the English, US tab.  I also tried changing the language in the database from en_us to en_au for each of the templates but then the list of e-mails disappears completely.  Perhaps the template list may be hard-coded to en_us rather than looking for the Default Language defined in Settings > General > Localization?

Alright, so I know that 3.1 isn't even officially released yet, and the guys are focused on that.. but I've been cranking on markup for 3.2.
 
It's a work in progress, but I think it's coming along nicely, and I thought I'd share and get your feedback.
