Fantasma got a reaction from evolvewh in [Custom Report] Paid Invoices Ids Per Day Of Month
What about if you want a way to see Expected Upcoming Revenue Per Period?

Fantasma got a reaction from Michael in Modulesbakery Is Closing Their Business...
Maybe if you had paid him more, he wouldn't have to close down due to lack of revenue/profit.
Or maybe you are one of those people who gets money handed to them after a quick 10 minute rendezvous, 6 times a day and that $, takes care of your twinkies, the rent, and your internet and you spend the rest of your day and night programming software for people for free?

So? No previews? No teasers? Whats the point of this thread?
There is none.

Fantasma reacted to kpmedia in How To Retain / Show Data For A Service Even After It Is "cancelled"?
From a business standpoint, that's not acceptable.

Fantasma got a reaction from Blesta Addons in [Updated][Module] Universal Server Module - Manage Dedicated Servers And Colocation
Who said steal code? I said integrate.
NOC-PS has an publicly published and advertised API provided for this exact reason -- integration of NOC-PS into other software/modules.
The NOC-PS module isnt worth $.50 cents without having NOC-PS license and service.
I don't think Max would mind if someone integrated NOC-PS into another module and by doing so, actually gave NOC-PS a much stronger business case for anyone who isnt a customer yet, to go over to Max and start paying him or those who are currently customers, a strong case for them to remain such.
The NOC-PS module is integrating back into NOC-PS via the API exactly the same way.

Does this work for multiple companies? (IE: each company can have its own unique links/setup?)

Fantasma got a reaction from PauloV in 1 (One) Minute Cron Jobs :)

Fantasma got a reaction from activa in Clients Have "outstanding Balance" Banner But Invoice Not At Due Date (Or Past) Yet
Do you see what the message says? I do, I read it.
"Your account has an OUTSTANDING BALANCE of $xxx. Please make payment at your earliest convenience."
Well, let me break it down more simply:
1) It is NOT outstanding when it is NOT DUE OR PAST DUE YET.
2) You are asking for someone to pay you before they owe you anything - this is not considered "legit".
3) These can be considered "SCARE TACTICS" to appropriate payment for services which have YET TO BE DELIVERED (as the invoice is for an UPCOMING PERIOD that has not arrived and the invoice itself is not due!)
This banner would be fine and great if it only showed on the due date and days past the due date - not before hand... OR if the content of the warning for days PRIOR TO the due date had a different message, such as:
"Your account has an invoice which will be due soon. Please take care to ensure your service(s) are not at risk of suspension due to unpaid invoices."

Fantasma reacted to Blesta Addons in Allow Invoices To Show Within The Browser Instead Of Forcing Download
More sophistical solution to avoid invoice attachment in email probleme
open
app/controllers/client_invoices.php
if view function change
$this->InvoiceDelivery->downloadInvoices(array($invoice->id)); to
$this->InvoiceDelivery->streamInvoices(array($invoice->id)); in components/invoice_delivery/invoice_delivery.php
under downloadInvoices() add the fallowing function
public function streamInvoices(array $invoice_ids, array $options = null) { $invoices = $this->getInvoices($invoice_ids, true); $this->buildInvoices($invoices, true, $options)->stream(); } this will save the email attachement invoice in pdf .

Fantasma got a reaction from Jonathan in Reactivate Service
Can we get a CORE task created for this?
-
Fantasma reacted to serge in Reactivate Service
+1 , as for now I do it from direct database writting.
-
Fantasma reacted to Jonathan in Reactivate Service
I second this. Such functionality is quite nice in other systems.

Fantasma reacted to hpno in Reactivate Service
This might be a good option. I know in that case, manual creating is needed. But it can be done easily by a create button, click to that, Blesta connects to server and create an account with existing information from Blesta.
Thanks.

Fantasma reacted to hpno in Reactivate Service
Currently, there is no option for re-activating a service after canceling. If customer decides to come back with the same information, now, there are 2 services with the same information, one is active, one is canceled. Doesn't look good from my view.
Can you add an option allowing re-activating a canceled service please?
Thanks.

Fantasma reacted to serge in Admin Interface: Display At "billing" Or "support": Choose Data To Include As Columns In A Table
Idea from here:
http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4862-display-customer-name-at-blesta-admin-panel-services-list/
At each of these bellow 4 Blesta Admin Panel display:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
- [billing] -> [services]
- [billing] -> [invoices]
- [billing] -> [Transactions]
- [support] -> [Tickets]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Be allowed to choose data you want to include as columns in a table for more flexibility.
Example, be allowed to display "customer name"

Just delete it and create another. Dont worry about the multiple emails that embarrass you with your customers.

Fantasma reacted to Squidix Web Hosting in Reconsider Changing Pricing For Existing Services Upon Package Pricing Change
We should just carve each package's details into a stone. When someone comes to the site, they fill in their address and pay $11 to have the stones shipped (thank god for USPS flat rate). Then they can pick one and carve in the configurable options and send it back.

Fantasma reacted to Squidix Web Hosting in Yearly Breakdowns
Ridiculous. They should do it by hand. A little long division never hurt anybody.
GO TO THE ANT, O SLUGGARD; CONSIDER HER WAYS, AND BE WISE. WITHOUT HAVING ANY CHIEF, OFFICER, OR RULER, SHE PREPARES HER BREAD IN SUMMER AND GATHERS HER FOOD IN HARVEST. HOW LONG WILL YOU LIE THERE, O SLUGGARD? WHEN WILL YOU ARISE FROM YOUR SLEEP? A LITTLE SLEEP, A LITTLE SLUMBER, A LITTLE FOLDING OF THE HANDS TO REST, AND POVERTY WILL COME UPON YOU LIKE A ROBBER, AND WANT LIKE AN ARMED MAN.

Fantasma reacted to Squidix Web Hosting in Ability To Resend Welcome Email
If it's not right there on the manage page, it defeats the purpose. In this case I might as well just copy and paste the password and email it out, since I have to navigate to the plugin.
Can't stress enough that this should be core.
-
Fantasma reacted to Lucas in Ability To Resend Welcome Email
This plugin would only be for the service correct? Is there a way to also re-send their client area welcome email? I agree these functions should come included in Blesta for sure.
Thanks!
-
Fantasma reacted to Squidix Web Hosting in Ability To Resend Welcome Email
This really should be core functionality if you ask me.
