I wanted to say Hello.  I wanted to intro myself.  I am Brent Dacus.  I live in Tennessee.  I have been in IT for 19 years.  So I am not a kid...actually I am fairly old. (Mike I had to get that in ). I love computers and technology.  I like to ask questions and help out where I can.  I am not a programmer.  I can test well.  I want to also state I am not in the industry of web hosting or infrastructure.  I don't own a company. I don't support clients.  I don't know all the terms or even the popular 3rd party apps.   I am trying to learn even at my age...haha.  Why because I am interested in learning it all and may want to enter the industry on a very small scale some day.
Anyway I really like Blesta.  I have tried the "others" some have things Blesta needs some don't.  I don't need a lot of plugins...actually I may not even know what I need.   Feel free to give me advice, tell me to get out now before I go crazy or just ask me to help out.  Thanks for your time.

@calottery, my experience has been consistent for well over 6 months. I'm sorry your experience was different, and you clearly handled your issue in a way that did not extend any courtesy, or allow room for an amicable solution. 

I've had license problems with Adobe, and they're miserable to work with and resolve. I've had license issues with Microsoft Office 365 in a Windows environment where the PC forgets that it is already authenticated with the license server and repeatedly prompts to reconnect. Microsoft's solution? Delete the assigned PC user, and resend the invitation. 

Bottom line is I'd challenge you to get the kind of response and personalized service from these large companies, that Michael provides with a small team. And then you post "BEWARE: LicenseCart - Do Not Buy!!"

I simply hope people read far enough down to see that your experience is an isolated experience.

They aren't leaked by our staff. People use tools to reverse ioncube encoded files, and also add malicious backdoors to the code. It's not safe to use nulled software, and it's not fair to the developers. Bottom line is, those that want to steal will steal.
 
Our competitor is feeling rather confident in their pending v6 release by announcing a price increase. I see far more people express disappointment in the pending release than joy.
 
We'll respond to their price increase by continuing to offer Blesta at the same great price we started with. Well written software by skilled developers at a fair price.

STEP 1 - Go to  Admin --> Support --> Departments --> Edit --> Piping configuration    text field
 
There is a sample line of code that is generated ...
/usr/bin/php /home/username/support.mywebsitename.com/sub_folder/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1/ Use   /usr/local/bin/php    instead of   /usr/bin/php
 


STEP 2 - Open up C-Panel and go to  "Global Email Filter"
 
1) - Give it a title
2) - Use " to " and " contains " from the dropdown menu
3) - Insert your email address ( the one you are using for the "Departments" within Blesta )
4) - Go to " Actions " and choose " Pipe to a Program "
5) - Use the following sample path ( modify as needed per your Blesta installation location )
/usr/local/bin/php /home/username/support.mywebsitename.com/sub_folder/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1/ 6) - Open up your FTP program, go to " /plugins/support_manger " and give the " pipe.php " file  a permission of 755
7) - All done !

STEP 3 - ADDITIONALLY, you can setup the "Mobile Emails" within Blesta and C-Panel, so that the tickets will get sent as "Text Alerts" to your phone.

Now this very well may be something you all know.. I have to give a shout out to my License "Mate" over at Licensecart Michael Dance. Now this guy might be English    but he is unparalleled in is ease of use, ordering, delivery and customer service. I forgot his Knowledge Base and Install guides. I will make is simple He responded to my emails at 2230 England time. Really mate get some sleep...Thanks for it all. So to Blesta you got a heck of a License partner in Michael. All this from just a regular Ole Boy from Tennessee..   If I need it am getting it from Michael.
