No ETA, but 4.11 is well under way at this point. We just released 4.10 this week.. maybe late June? We'll see.

New tasks were created for the Affiliate system, so the old task was closed. Those tasks are currently private, but will be made public closer to release. The Affiliate system is in active development, and it is integrated with the Order Manager. It will be able to be enabled or disabled through a new core feature that allows individual plugin actions to be disabled or enabled.
I hope that makes sense. New tasks (many) related to Affiliate, old task closed as a result. Affiliate system in development.

Correct you need a merchant payment gateway to use the dropdown card option but you can use Stripe and Square or PayPal for cards payments and you don't need a merchant account.

Invoice creation automation task runs once per day. If it already ran today, then invoices won't be generated again until tomorrow. So if you're billing 14 days in advance, and it's 8 days until the service is set to renew, then it should be invoiced at the next run.

Under Settings > Company > Billing/Payment and Client Groups there's an option called "Queue Service Changes Until Paid". If this is checked, then the plan upgrade will not occur until it's paid and the cron next runs. You may prefer this, rather than doing the upgrade in advance of payment.

Resolved in 4.4. If this is the issue you are experiencing, there is a workaround mentioned in the task.

Solved: outgoing tcp port 2222 was blocked,
instead disable firewall I accidentally restarted it

You might want to give more details.
Possibly firewall, PHP permissions?
What do your error logs say?

Ok solved, I had www.domain.com instead domain.com in all mail templates...

I can't delete module because there is server using it, I can't delete server because there is an package using it, I can't delete delete package because service use it, I can't make package inactive because server is already offline, brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
