Just an observation.
I just read 2 threads and it stuck me that in the threads no one says please or thank you.
The posts I read were basically demanding xyz be added to Blesta. Maybe I am getting old and out of touch but what happened to being polite, especially when you are expecting someone to do something for you.
Just because you paid for a piece of software does not mean you can be rude when asking for something.

In your template file, search the li of the nav and add the fallwing code to your template, you need to edit links and navigation names

Thank you for your valuable insight, Paul! In the current release, the feature to select Blesta pages where a pop-up should appear, including the order forms, is available only in relation to logged in customers. Upon future updates this functionality will be extended to cover not logged in users as well.

Very nice guys, can I complain about one thing though? The menu name is very long why not have a menu called "ModulesGarden" and have a sub nav link added under it?

I worked out the issue.
I am on the couch using webmail on my netbook.
My desktop is set to filter emails and place them into the correct folders. I kept checking "Inbox" I should have been checking the "Blesta" sub folder of Inbox.

You can just select the General Order form type they will need a domain however to create the cPanel, direct admin, interworx, plesk, etc as they require it. But you will skip the domain searcher.
Not sure what you mean here, you can activate a trial by installing Blesta and click on free trial. You can process orders as normal as there isn't any limits on the trial minus the 30 days free trial.
Correct use the information your reseller provides you. You can set the server label to whatever you wish however. If you are a reseller you can use the IP or the hostname both work. If you use Plesk I believe they require a hostname by default and refuse an IP.
You have to create child name servers and point them to the server IP.

STEP 1 - Go to  Admin --> Support --> Departments --> Edit --> Piping configuration    text field
 
There is a sample line of code that is generated ...

STEP 2 - Open up C-Panel and go to  "Global Email Filter"
 
1) - Give it a title
2) - Use " to " and " contains " from the dropdown menu
3) - Insert your email address ( the one you are using for the "Departments" within Blesta )
4) - Go to " Actions " and choose " Pipe to a Program "
5) - Use the following sample path ( modify as needed per your Blesta installation location )
/usr/local/bin/php /home/username/support.mywebsitename.com/sub_folder/plugins/support_manager/pipe.php plugin/support_manager/ticket_pipe/index/1/ 6) - Open up your FTP program, go to " /plugins/support_manger " and give the " pipe.php " file  a permission of 755
7) - All done !

My 2c. Is web hosts do not make changes to their sites very often. So adding the ability to edit the site via an interface in Blesta is not really needed.
As most hosts would only use it once every year or 2.
Also as most people using Blesta are hosts they should have the knowledge how to edit css etc by editing the files. (and be able to use a diff program when changes are overwritten)
