We've never used multiple languages but I think if you login on the admin side and go to Settings -->> General and select the language there, it will set your preferred language on the admin side. I'm sure Paul will chime in to confirm soon.

Yes. We did the same for v4.0.1. I just wonder why this wasn't merged in with the v4.1 download.

Is it going to be included in the next release? It was my understanding that the module wouldn't work properly without these changes, correct? I can copy and paste the code to 4.1 for the time being.

I have one question. Let's say the customer already has a domain registered without privacy and they add privacy today and the 1 year charge is $4. Their domain does not expire for 5 more years. Will this charge $4 to the customer or will it calculate properly so that 5 years are charged for?

I know with Logicboxes you have to manually login to your account and add privacy protection. The module from Blesta won't support it. I believe some of the 'extended' modules made by Cyandark or Blesta Add Ons supports these features but double check with them first!

You create the first username and password during the install process.

We use logicboxes extended and cpanel extended. I also modified the support tickets a little bit but nothing that should be causing this. I'll have to test a few other packages that use other modules and try to narrow it down.

I thought you were onto something there. I tried changing to 'year' and I still get the same error though. It's only on the admin screen when I attempt to manually add a service for a client. Front side works just fine when a customer checks out on their own.

None of it is pro rated. I didn't actually generate the invoice because this total was wrong and I didn't want that sent to the client. I'll test it today with other packages and see what happens too. Thanks for the suggestion too.

I wanted to update this. I am not able to add the 'add ons' during the initial service creation (from admin side) but if I add the service by itself, I am able to go back in using 'manage' and add the add ons with no issue. This one was for a Comodo SSL cert.

Is there a recommended workaround? We have clients typing long support ticket messages and the system times out and they lose everything they've entered.

I'm trying to use an 'add on' that I created to use in conjunction with the current SSL Store module and every time I go through the configuration process (on the admin side), I get the attached error message. On the front side, the client is able to get through the process without any issues. Why is the system telling me it's an issue with a 'configurable option'? I double checked and the only configurable option I have for this product is for the SAN (the same configurable option that comes with the module).

Using v4.0.1 with 2 configurable options (universal module). The pricing is high (see attached screenshot). It should be $209.39 (we don't charge any taxes). Anyone know if this is configured wrong or a bug?

Under the new Required Client Fields settings page, is there a reason 'first name' and 'last name' are not included or are they automatically required? They should be but I thought I'd ask. I just answered this and see that first name, last name and email are all required automatically. I was thrown off when I saw email listed there and checked (greyed out) but not first name and last name.

Jono thanks for taking the time to look at this. I'll look at it and it's easy enough to manually change it. I personally think 30 days is too early along with any additional days set under the invoicing settings.
