    Sorry, still no migration functionality, but its easy, I didnt implement yet because there wasnt alot requests  
    I Will promisse to add a migration functionality betwin Support Manager Original and Support Manager Pro, also an option to Migrate all data to Core Support Manager (It will delete all data on the Support Manager that will be migrated to because of the ID's and CODE in Tickets to not mess everithing)

    Im tinking to add on next update the encryption of all Ticket's messages because of sensitive data in case of an MySQL/MariaDB intrusion, what do you think? The problem is going to be the search functionality that will be a tiny slow to let the encrypt/decrypt function to run.

    Normally the module should do all the trick for you, you will not do anything manually , the only thing you will do is :
    admin side :
    install module , add pools , in each pools put a list of credentials .
    create packages , each package for a pool , determine the price/term  .
    client side ;
    client select a package/pool, paid the invoice, he will receive a welcome email with the login pass .
    so , th only thing you will do is updating the users/pass in the pools in blesta .nothing more

    if i well understand your idea, a simple module can do this perfectly . so i give you a road to begin .
    the module will have a rows, the rows as a levels, then every row has a culomns, every culomns has a set of user/pass entered, in a texteare , eash one in a new line , now the user order a apliance, the module will take the first user/pass , send it to the client and remove it from that database . and so ....
    i code it for you if you want .

    @Paul in my poor logic :
    Delete a pricing or a package that has all related services canceled should be exist and handled . I dont see any  obstacle for this .
    It has no sense for me at least save a package in restrict status just because 1 pricing is was used for so many edge ago !!! every year i sbould make universary party for my old packages and services

    a lot of users request a option to delete invoices , and as promised , we are providing the plugin to delete invoices .
    the plugin work withe the event invoices.edit, when a invoice is set to voided  the plugin delete it and all related lines and recurring and delivery .
    NOTE :  if the plugin is installed , when you click void invoice , the plugin will delete that invoice immediately  . 
    the plugin also has two extra options :
    1 - cronjob to auto delete voided invoices that has more than xx old days , with option to delete proforma type also .
    2 - a mass delete option to delete the voided invoices .
    as always the installtion steps is :
    1 - download plugin from Blesta Addons .
    2 - upload the delete_invoices folder inside plugin directory .
    3 - goto plugins , and install Delete Invoices.
    4 - enjoy the free content .

    today i have constated that the Suspension Error email contain the same reason for all error suspensions emails .
    as the epp registrar retrun they own error , has nothing with cpanel server errors . a sample example .
    domain suspension error in email
    in other email for cpanel server i have the same reason .  also when i go to the service i found it suspended well .
    what i suspect is that the cron is not releasing the $errors vars , so in any next service suspension it make it as error in suspension even if he is well suspended .
    i simple fix is to add
    unset($errors);
    under  :
    $output = $this->setOutput(Language::_("Cron.suspendservices.suspend_error", true, $service->id, $service->client_id), $output); i hope is well described .

    we have a voided invoice .
     
    when we  add a public_note via invoices model to a voided invoice ,  the invoice status back to active .
     
    the code used is :
    $this->Invoices->edit($invoice_id, array('note_public' => "test a note")); NOTE : the invoice type is proforma .
    NOTE 2 : tested with invoice an active proforma .

    so any proforma invoice when e edit it via the model invoice with out set the invoice status , it convert to active invoice even if is not tottaly paid .

    UPDATE :

    the bugs is not related only to voided proforma, also to active proforma invoice .

    if the status is not set in the $vars , the invoice is converted to active invoice .

    this will cause a serious law problems for us , as proforma is not paid and converted to invoice, the client is required to pay it even if he doesn't want to renew or pay the services the proforma is for . and the client claim because they have not yet decided to pay or not , and we issue them a invoice without their acceptance .
     
    we are working a lot with invoice model , to edit private/public notes, date due ... ect
     
    PLEASE A QUICK FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .

    The forums have been upgraded. One thing to note is that you need to log in with your Display Name. On the old version, it was possible to have a username that was different than your display name. If you are having trouble logging in, login with your name as it appeared when you posted.

    Hello jobplease,
     
    I have tested and it dosent send any sttachment if you send a ticket to a client. The client has to login to see the attachment. I will try to implement the feature to send the attachment to a client wen Blesta 4.0 release to update the Support Manager Pro with the latest fixes from Blesta Support Manager Core.

    Ok, so in v4 we added a couple things related to Order Forms.
     
    Clients now get an "Order" link in the client area. This takes them to a page to view all Order Forms they have access to.
     
    Here's the link in the nav:

     
    When they click the "Order" link, they can see all order forms they have access to:

     
    You can also add a description for an order form that will appear on this page for the order form.
     
    Staff can now set the "Visibility" of an order form to Public, Shared, or Client Only. Here's how that works:
    Public (Anyone can see order forms of this visibility if "Default Order Form" is "None - Show Listing") Shared (Only users that know the URL to this order form can access it) Client Only (Only authenticated clients can see and order from these order forms) Setting the visibility:

     
    Setting the "Default Order Form" (None - Show Listing) now recommended:

     
    What do you think? I think clients having access from the client area directly to the order form is great. Also, that they can have access to client only order forms. That opens up the possibilities for doing something special for existing customers.

    - Add an extra option on Suport Manager Pro in Plugin manager to showw All Companies Tickets. By default only shows the selected Companie Ticket, you can change it now to show all. Thanks to WebhostingNZ.com (not testes 100% because we dont have MultiCompany to test it  )
    - Optimised code. Removed some CSS and Javascript that was duplicated has latest Blesta alredy include in CORE
    - Some minor changes in Ticket Replay on Admin side to better display Notes, Replies, Logs

    Hello All .
    LAST UPDATE 16-10-2017
    as promised , we are providing the plugin to clean & clear the unpaid orders after xx days .
    the plugins has two cronjob .
    1 - Clean Unpaid Orders after xx days , the invoice related to the order should not paid or paid partially and in active state( not pending or in review status) . the admin can select delete or void invoices , and set of the services should be marked as canceled or delete them .
    2 - Clear canceled orders list . the corn will only clear the the canceled orders after xx days from being ordered .
    the plugin send email to staff subscribed in order plugin, the email include the order number , client id , invoice id and services ids . that ways the staff can know wich orders has been cleaned .
    TODO LIST :
    - options to remind users about their unpaid pending orders .
    - notice client when unpaid order has been deleted from the system .
    as always the installtion steps is :
    1 - download plugin from Blesta Addons .
    2 - upload the clean_orders folder inside plugin directory .
    3 - goto plugins , and install Clean Orders .
