hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Joseph H in Mass Email Clients
I understand 3.0 was a complete rewrite, but this is a basic function, not luxury. If you have hundreds of clients, copying and pasting them into a mass email or using a 3rd-party app to mass email is clumsy and it is very necessary in our business to send out updates to all clients or clients within a certain product line. Just sayin'.

Thanks! Didn't think of the sub nav bar. I'll have to look at that. It's going to be my weekend project.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Jonathan in Delete Tickets
It would not be a feature to regular support employees, but the admin, yes. The types of tickets I would delete would not be followed up by anyone because 99% of them would be from non-customers.

+1 100% agreed! Or even test tickets.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Michael in Email Piping With Directadmin
I certainly didn't expect a quick reply regardless of the holiday. I'm patient! Fortunately, we don't get very many tickets.

I PMd him last night, but haven't received a response as of yet.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Michael in Where Can You Create The Auto-Close Support Ticket Emails?
I already have that. So the response is just added into the ticket automatically instead of creating an auto close email all by itself. I get it now. Again, counter intuitive, but at least I get it now. LOL

Server IP got blocked. Whew! I hate upgrading! LOL

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Ken in Super Simple Yet Super Useful Feature Request
I always like being able to choose the number of things to display. I hate pagination and would rather scroll. If I wanted to flip pages, I'll just get a book! LOL

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from FoxDenHosting in View Pdf Invoices From Within Browser
I would find this a nice option. Perhaps it should be done as an option. I hate having multiple PDF files downloaded when I only need to look at an invoice and not actually download a PDF of it. Perhaps an option in settings or a checkbox under view invoice under each client's info that says, view in browser or download pdf.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Alex in Is There A Way To Add Purchase A Domain At The Time Of Purchasing A Hosting Package?
Hopefully they'll see this. It's seems overly cumbersome to have to make multiple orders for an add-on item.

That's what I was afraid of. Many of the clients I cater to don't know that much and wouldn't know to order a domain first. It should be a conditional question in the hosting order form.

I'm hoping they'll add this functionality soon. I've already abandoned WHMCS, didn't think about this until now. And now it's a problem.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Michael in Support Manager - Ticket Status & Emails.
I agree. I hate always having to change the status of a ticket. It should automatically change to the most logical status and then we would have to override it if we wanted it to be something else, or, better yet, give us a settings panel to set it up how we want in case we want it to auto change, but just not to the status that blesta wants.

Same here. I need to be able to add the customer-ID to have everything sync up.
Any help on this would be appreciated!

Agreed. Support tickets need to be polled much quicker.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from Paul in Client Url In Invoices?
Sorry, wasn't holding back, just was busy!
First, I didn't realize that it was Blesta that was adding the /client/ to the end of the url. That's the same url I installed my old WHMCS configuration and I was fixated that it was getting it from the whmcs import. That was my fault.
I first uninstalled the portal module, changed the host url to the main domain, not the sub domain, then changed it back to the sub domain, and reinstalled the portal module. I don't know what it did, but it fixed it. I don't know if it just cleaned up the database entry or corrected the issue after the import from whmcs.
Whatever it did, it fixed it and it works and the first payment with Blesta came in today with no hitches. I'll keep whmcs for one more month, just in case, but it looks like I'm fully converted!

Thanks! That did it. I knew I had done it before, but I just forgot where I did it.

hostingDifferent-Scott got a reaction from John in New Design
I like big sites. Tired of the ones that have small print and/or don't have flexible design stuck to a small block in the middle of the screen.
