    Welcome to Blesta ?
    It's configured per system. Settings > Company > Localization
    You can do that but their old invoices will be in Yen and their new invoices will be in USD. There'll be two currencies on their client account.
    We took the mick out of whmcs in our billing brawl where if you change the currency on WHMCS it changes the symbol not the new invoices / services.
    Yes you can either modify the invoice if no payment has been made or un-apply it and edit the invoice. There are other ways but that's the way I do it.

    For me, the issue was fixed by re-issuing a key, also very important, don't login with a different hostname that from the one you registered Blesta with, that will make the license get deactivated, so if you are doing a trial in a local environment and login using your computer hostname for example, don't try to login with either 127.0.0.1 or localhost, or else your license will be get deactivated. @Michael thank you for your help!

    Attached is an updated version of the import manager. Some users experienced some issues with special characters not being imported correctly from WHMCS. If you experienced this issue, try this import manager. Download, unzip, and replace the default files in /plugins/import_manager/, then install or upgrade under Settings > Company > Plugins.     UPDATE 4/16/21: Now imports Stripe tokens and adds mapping files for the following Gateways: Stripe Payments, Authorize.net, PayPal Payments Standard.
    UPDATE 5/4/21: Fixed issue importing from WHMCS versions older than 8.0.

    ... Oddly, it's now working perfectly fine. I've made literally no changes since I posted, went for lunch, came back, seems fine. Clearly, there's some magic afoot here.

    I sent you a new trial key via our website chat.
    If you purchase an owned license, you can request a free development license for development purposes. If you get a monthly license, we can usually offer a development license as well, but they expire after a few months and can be renewed on request.

    Really need Blesta to look at the GoCardless module to: 
     
    allow syncing of existing mandates to clients. allow GoCardless to take invoice amount on each invoice instead of a fixed fee on sign up of service.

    If you go to the new client's profile you can get the ID:

     
    Do the same for the the Old client, then go to the service you wish to move... then get the service ID:

     
     
    Then go to PHPMyadmin and search the service ID. Make sure the old client ID is in the client_id field and then just change it to the new one.

    I've relied to your ticket but for other customers who have the same issue.
    That message means a service is pending manual activation by the staff in the admin area.
    Under Billing, you'll see the orders widget (if not go to manage widgets on the left and active it from right to left).

    On the orders widget tick the box for the order and click approve.
    The order will now be active and the cron job will create the service.

    Wrong. id_value is for display purposes, and it's not joined with any other tables. If id_value were unique, Blesta installs with multiple companies would not be able to have clients, or packages, or many other things with overlapping ID's.
    Also don't appreciate the language, and your response comes across a bit arrogant.

    Some people have experienced issues upgrading to 5.0.0. We will be releasing a 5.0.1 patch sometime next week. If you haven't upgraded yet, we would recommend either waiting for 5.0.1, or replacing the /components/upgrades/tasks/upgrade5_0_0_b1.php file from 5.0.0 with the one attached to this thread.
    This attached file will gracefully handle some commonly experienced issues, and the last task, "updateDatabaseCollation" is commented out so that it will not run. When you eventually upgrade to 5.0.1+, you'll be able to update your database collation in Blesta under Tools > Utilities.
    If you want to run the collation task to upgrade your database from utf8 to utf8mb4, you can uncomment line 66 from the attached file. You should only do that if you are running MySQL version 5.7.7, or MariaDB 10.2.2 or greater.

    Describe the issue you're experiencing: When I go to the billing page and see the order widget the non paid and paid icons don't show up. The widget also doesn't show the numbers of approved or pending until you refresh the page. Provide detailed steps necessary to reproduce the issue. Billing > Order widget. List any generated errors. (The "Oh Noes" error pages are very helpful.): None. Include the URL the error occurred on, relative to the installation path, ie "/admin/login". admin/billing/ Attach screenshots. Included Include your configuration settings, i.e. OS, version of Blesta, version of module/gateway/plugin if applicable, version of PHP & MySQL. Blesta Version: 5.0.0
    MySQL version: 8.0.0
    PHP version: 7.4

    We chat in Discord about this, it appears that during installation the Order Manager plugin was not installed fully, it was missing some tables. The recommended solution was to re-install Blesta fresh and see if the Order Manager was installed correctly.
