Thank you for providing this plugin. Very useful information.
A couple of things I noticed and wondered about:
1) Top Revenue by Gateway - Doesn't seem to include non merchant gateways (offline payment, etc)
2) Top clients by services - The active tab includes cancelled services as well

This is other real case that show blesta need to be adapted for hosting industry. if i have a client that is ready to pay for extend his service to 12 MONTH , blesta bill him only for what the diference between now and end date of the actual term . so if teh end date of the term is in the next 3 month, we will cover only 3 month, and after maybe his can change mind and do not renew !!! and before he was ready to pay for 12 month so we will lose 9 month of payment only because blesta do this like this !!!!
Normally blesta should do us the fallowing :
Calcul how mush we should return to the clients as credit to make the end date now
create new invoice for the ne full term, and and the credit to invoice, allow client to pay then update the renew date to reflect the Now + the ne term chosen .
and of course it should make in consideration that the actual term is monthly and the old term is yearly ect ...
 

This makes very little business sense. If a customer is ready to upgrade and pay, they should be invoiced right then. Either pro rated for 1 month and charged the full rate for 11 months or pro rated for 1 month and charged for 12 months but it makes no sense to wait until the end of the month to invoice for that new term (12 months in this case)

I just added this and wanted to share. I do not see any issues on our side and I did not do anything to modify the clients views. I looked at their view and it's acceptable as is for us.

In your database, go to the support_tickets table and under structure, add the following to the Status column: 'on_hold' (I added it right before 'closed')

Expanding on this at some point would be nice but I still personally think the domain manager is a bigger priority.

it was simple to identify the issue, i have make a fix a updated the file.  download the files again and make the update .

Even then, was a business donation. It's wasn't like donating to a cause. Aka he should still refund who all contributed for this as that was their expectations for doing so.  
Much like how you pre order a video game. If they don't deliver it then gamers want their money back right?

it depends I only invest after, unless paying for a custom one for myself where I put 50% up. I'll mark it as broken until he releases the new version.

This is a patch release that corrects issues with 4.2.0.
Be sure to run /admin/upgrade after uploading the patch or full versions. 
This resolves several issues, but we strongly recommend applying this patch if you are running 4.2.0 and have pro rata enabled for any of your packages. It resolves an issue where invoices for renewing services may, under certain circumstances, be incorrect.

Incase anyone else has invoices to fix:
If you are having problems removing lines from effected invoices because of a transaction(credit) already applied you will need to click on the transaction and after it expands there will be an option to unapply the amount from that invoice. Then edit the invoice adjust it and reapply(cron should reapply the amount)

What is the progress on this? Is this something that can be sponsored to speed up development or is it likely to become available in 2018?

Logicboxes had no issues but we've seen it 3 days in a row with cPanel now. Tyson is looking into this as well.

If you have may significant changes, you may want to look into programs that are far superior to Dreamweaver. Some examples include Github, Diff Merge (Mac Program), Win Merge (Windows Program). A quick Google search will turn up plenty of results for you.

If you write down the files you changed and the line numbers, you can manually apply your changes to each release in less than 5 hours. Our install has a lot of changes too and it takes us less than an hour by having the files and line numbers documented. There are many ways to do this and it's just a matter of figuring out what works best for your case.

This is the best approach.
