in the row you should add Api token (without the 'bot' leading) and the channel name with the @ leading, if your channel called Joseph_h you should enter @Joseph_h .
another thing is to add the boot as administrator of your channel .
How to add the bot as administrator to my channel?
The process it’s simple, you first need to go to your info channel and click on Administrators, By clicking on Add administrator you will be prompt with a search section, search your bot by using the format @yourbotname

today we will release a new plugin called Sync Clients Ids .
some blesta admins will see in dashboard that client Ids is not sync with Client ID Value, so the client id can be 50 and client id_value can be 120 and this related to the AUTO-INCREMENT bug in mysql, a related threads about this can be found here and here .
so the plugin will fix this issue by sync the client_id_value with the client_id.

it would be nice to see a renew action to the services list actions, sometimes we need to lunch the renew action for the module without login to remote service, like renew, domain, SSL, license ... ect
at this moment blesta didn't have option to allow client renew their services before their end date or invoice generated, so at least give the staff to create invoice manually and then execute renew command throw service actions .

I'm not a prophet, and we have no control over that. I can't even guarantee I'll wake up tomorrow, or that a sink hole won't open under my desk and swallow me alive. But we all do our best effort and push forward the best way we can. If 3rd party developers are making money, and the subscription model is a good one for consistent income, then I see no reason why they'd want to disappear. My recommendation is to do some due diligence, and show these companies some love.
In the end, we are all dependent on others. Modern society doesn't work for lone rangers. Of course there is risk, but there is reward!

The issue mentioned on Github is fixed, I've tested with blesta v4.3.0 (ships with CyberPanel module by default). However recently we released ACL Manager (https://docs.cyberpanel.net/doku.php?id=users)   due to which users created via API are defaulting to admin access, this specific bug will be patched and released soon after testing.

all we know blesta is working or has attention to create a new domain manager. it will take time of course, not sur what is the ETA and what is the progress in this subject . but what i'm sure of it it time to talk about this, the silence that blesta staff has about this subject render it a bit Unclear and hazy .
we need a word from staff about what they have as ideas or in what step they are now, leaving us like this for almost 3 years is something unacceptable.

I can confirm that this is a bug. We're looking into it for 4.3.2.

today we will open again the debate about EU invoicing system in Blesta, our taxman require the track info for proforma in invoices.
so the actual behavior, when a proforma is paid totally it's converted to invoice, with new date creation. this lead the customer to ask as every time for wich this invoice and what is the related proforma.
what blesta staff can do for this issue, we need the track info of proforma in invoices (Proforma Number, proforma Date).

the domains logic in blesta should only have some tweaks to be fully functional, rather than create a whole system for that, if blesta can tweak the pricing model system to add two new fields (Renew, Transfer) and use them in case of renew or transfer update the whole registrar module to have a unique function names like updating nameservers, updating whois contact, registering child name servers, ect ...  if blesta can begin with this suggestion i think is totally accepted and can be improved by the time, WhmXX has this already with the same mechanism and they are doing well .
Reinventing a new system will lead to a serious problem and test and improvement that will be infinite . I hope we can see something in the near future and before 2019 because personally if no update comming in this subject i would be forced to move to other competitor  .

We have created a module specially for this case, the module called Generic domains. you can check it in our website, unfortunately the module is not in the Free Subscription .
Note: The module support almost all the TLDs and CCtld .

I understand the philosophy and I agree that voiding something makes it invalid but then I need a workaround to be able to void invoices that are long past due without having it unsuspend any services. The answer is probably that services past due should be cancelled but I prefer to hold off on any extreme and irreversible actions until absolutely necessary. If in fact an invoice was created in error then you have to manually log into Blesta to deal with that situation so it would seem logical that in the same effort the wrongly suspended service could be unsuspended manually.
With the current situation at hand these are some other factors to consider:
When the invoices are voided, cron will unsuspend the services and send emails to the clients stating their service was reactivated. You will double check everything is in order and confidently log out of Blesta but minutes later cron will run and there is no staff notification that services have been unsuspended so you will be giving away free hosting for at least one billing term until a renewal invoice is generated and you eventually realize what has happened. Let's assume you've setup email alerts for everything on Cpanel/WHM so 5-10 minutes later you get multiple emails about services being unsuspended. You now have to log back into Blesta to re-suspend all the same accounts that were wrongly unsuspended and this time cron will send an email to the client stating their service was suspended. There is no Email Template for when a service has been scheduled for cancellation or for when a service has been cancelled. I do not know if Blesta sends a canned email notification to the client in these situations but if there is no Client Email Template for the event then I assume that no notification is issued to the client. Depending on the outcome, the client may take the free hosting and never mention it, they may inquire about the multiple emails, they may ignore the emails, they may report you for spam, etc. To avoid creating a situation of uncertainty I am proposing that a checkbox option be added somewhere to toggle whether manually voiding an invoice automatically unsuspends services. I certainly see value in having it work either way depending on your operational philosophy so a toggle seems like a good idea.

this Blesta Issue. The module hasn't yet the Sync Expiration Domains with blesta . normally when you renew domaine manually you need to update renew domain in blesta manually .
we are still waiting the new function of the domains in blesta to make a roadmap for updating the module, as now we can't do anything related this issue until blesta release the new domains updates.

Glad it's working well for you!  This is something several people have requested but as I don't need it in my use case I haven't had any direct plans to add it.  If I'm ever bored working on the module I may, or you're welcome to do it yourself and submit pull requests on GitHub.
