    but what hapen if the invoice paid and term changed before the cron run ? and this is what i think has been happen .

    what i suggest never allow change term if there a re a renew process can be occur, Or add a new option to disable change term in certain packages.
    another thing is how the domains work, normally domain we can renew 1 year or X year, and this should have another approach than change term.  to be hones, blesta should take care urgently for domains process, we are now waiting years to see a new thing from Blesta about domains, if Blesta won't do anything or it need another years to do something just tell us, and we will happy to switch. Everyday we find that Blesta is so far from hosting industry, others are making a huge improvement in this subject and here we are just waiting for the basics !!!

    Really like the new fields on configurable options. Wanted to propose a few improvements.
    First, the setup fee is only applied once.   For example, if I sell 10 option "seats" I'm only capturing one setup fee for all the seats instead of one setup fee for each seat.   Perhaps, a "Setup fee applies to 'all' or 'per'" option?
    Second, in some cases I would like to make selecting an option required.  Perhaps a "is required" checkbox next to the option?
    Finally, I would like the flexibility to tax options, but not the parent service.   Perhaps adding a "inherits product's tax status" with a "yes|no" dropdown to each option?

    Any update on this from Blesta team? The issue with same client not able to use the same email as username is keeping me out from buying the multi-company add-on.
    I really need this, so I can have the same clients, on separate brands.

    Just to add, if for no other reason than to take a few more wacks at this dead horse:
    My mobile email is set to my phone number @ my cell provider. Many cell providers provide an email to SMS gateway. Email the address, get a text message. In this way, the mobile emails go to my phone as a text message. Great for emergency support and orders.

    We resolved that issue with the dialog box not appearing for v4.3.0. It appears to affect the Chrome browser.

    We have plans to include client information in the email template if it is available, but the {ticket.email} tag wouldn't be updated to include the email address unless the ticket/reply was emailed in.

    tl;dr
    Sometimes staff don't like to be woken up at home.
    Example:
    Go to Support > Staff > Edit (one of the staff users). Notice that there are several checkboxes representing different ticket priorities you can select (e.g. "Emergency", "Critical", etc.) Some Staff may want to receive all of those ticket notifications to their work email at their work computer when they're at work. However, when they're at home sleeping, they may not want their phone to wake them up because of a ticket notification unless it is an "Emergency" ticket that they need to deal with. That page allows them to configure the ticket notice emails they will receive.
    The Order email is similar, but you configure your settings for that under Billing > Overview > (click the settings/gear icon at the top right of the Orders widget).

    Yes, they are already in the config file, however, there is no distinction made between admins or clients in the session TTL.
    Open your config file /config/blesta.php and update the session/cookie TTL values:
    // Length of time (in seconds) that a session will be valid for Configure::set('Blesta.session_ttl', 1800); // 30 minutes // Length of time (in seconds) that a cookie will be valid for Configure::set('Blesta.cookie_ttl', 604800); // 7 days

    Hi @PauloV
    Is this fully working with Blesta v4.2.2 + PHP 7.1 + MariaDB 10.1? 
    Also I see you return back to the forum recently, so I just wanted to know if you are planing any update on this plugin? If yes, any timeframe?

    If you want Logicboxes I recommend NetEarthOne, otherwise I use OpenSRS

    you would get both emails for orders / tickets if you enter a mobile email address.

    when that comes all you'll have to do is install a plugin and then the module for the domain registrar from what I make out of it.
    As it's going to be a domain management plugin and every registrar module will be re-coded to the new system.

    MariaDB 10.1 works fine I used it, you can use 10.2 as-well.

    You can resell domains with Namecheap via the module on Blesta but you have to get a api account with them.
    As for Logicboxes:
    - ResellerClub (EIG)
    - NetEarthOne
    - ResellBiz
    are the ones I know, but there's loads.

    Great plugin and with the new update we will be able to use it again! If possible please make sure the new update is 100% compatible with PHP 7.1 + MariaDB 10.1.

    Find: #ticket_actions
    change position from fixed to absolute

    Correct it calls home every 7 days so you may have missed it. but you can just update the key or force a call home Settings > System > General > License key > save if you really want it to expire lol.
