Logicboxes Reloaded For Blesta
i want to share my updated logicbox Module , the module has some usefull feature not included in the core module :
- Totally Compatible with the new Whois Registrant Change Policy.
- Fix the missed ORDER-ID field in database for imported services .
- Added/Changed Public Function in the module
- getorderid : with it you can get the order-id of a Domain .
- UpdateOrderID : This is the magic Function to update database if no order-id is available .
- EditService : it was empty , now it Support the no_module use for local edit .
- Added Child Name Service Tab (ADD -EDIT - DELETE ) - Just For client Side NOW -
- Rearranged Navs for whois Tab To be Justify .
- Add nav-bill to see the active Nav in contacts whois .
- RAA Verification Status -if not verified , resend Verification Button-
- Domain Status , Active , Lock , Suspended (with reason)
- DOMAIN FORWARDING tab Settings
- Commands Tab: renew domain manually, restore domain, send Verifiaction Email, Resend Aprouval Registrant email change whois.
- Protect Privacy Option as config option
- DNS MANAGEMENT tab Settings (NOT YET COMPLETED)
- Change EPP Code + Send it Via Email . (NOT YET COMPLETED)
- DNSSEC (NOT YET COMPLETED)
- MOVE Domain To another Account . (NOT YET COMPLETED)
Installation
1- Download the module file FROM Client Area
2- upload the Logicboxes Directory to Compenents/modules
3- Go to settings/modules/ update logicboxes module
4- You Are Done , ENJOY .
ANY Suggestion , FeedBack , Bugs , Please Post it inthis thread .
this Module require a the Pro (Silver) subscription .

This version is a final version and stable one .

My Orders in Client Dashboard For Blesta
we have just a released a new plugin called My Orders, this plugin will show in the client dashboard a list of client orders . the plugin in beta. the plugin has option to allow client cancel their pending orders (unpaid orders).
The plugin didn't list fraud or in review orders .
The plugin devide the Accepted order in two status :
- Accepted = Any order with Accepted status and Paid Totally .
- Pending = Any order with Accepted status and not paid, still need payment, this orders can be canceled by client .
this Module require a the Pro (Silver) subscription .

we need your feedback's and ideas.
we internally in debate about merging the plugin with clean order plugin and add other features like reminders for clients about their unpaid orders, the second point of view we insist that we should stay in standalone branch and add option to allow client cancel the order and ad the reminders in this new plugins .
what do you thinks guys ?

Hey! Welcome back! Though i was not in this community when you made all those modules, contributed a lot for this Blesta.
But all i know is that you really did good job, and what @Blesta Addons is doing right now.
And yes, they didn't release Domain Manager, thats the worst of it. They have been telling us from so long time, and they also said that it will be released in end of 2017, but there's no sign. Moreover @Paul doesn't even reply to this thread. This shows that Blesta isn't caring about the interest of the people. Whatever it is only Blesta's loss, company owners will never wait more longer.

we are testing the order form template for hosting provider in that website, at the moment is working fine with a few simple issue that was fixed now ... we will release it when we are soon to v4 final .

Hello ALL .
today , i will release freely a plugin that a must have for every blesta developer , is The Debugger. this plugin will let you debug any error with the Wonderful libraries Tracy and Kint .
i suggest using Tracy.
if you enable Kint you will get more debug info and trace, BUT YOU CANT disable it or Access the blesta website until you disable the trace from the file /vendors/kint_autoload.php .
DO NOT USE THIS PLUGIN OR INSTALL IT IN ANY PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT , OR USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK .
the plugin is hosted in open source , so any bug fix or pull request are welcome .

I'm confused as to why you would post it here in relation to v4 Blesta when it's not a standard option for the core part of Blesta. It only relates to this 3rd party Plugin unless I'm missing something else here.

If you've tried the Support Manager Pro and it's not working as expected in v4, the author may be willing to update the plugin. They'll likely want to update it anyway, to make use of the new bootstrap buttons and font awesome icons used throughout the admin UI.

Third party features and support are best posted in their thread to prevent confusion, since I was wondering what it was myself as I don't use it and it helps the plugin developer know that it doesn't work on the next version.

almost all of my public and custom plugins/modules are working in v4 without any issues .
we want to use namespacing and new buttons in admin area to be fully designed like v4 are now .

TCAdmin is not included in v4. It's a big one I want to get rolling on though, and we could release it between releases. The goal for the new year is to pick up the pace on core development with smaller, quicker releases, and also release new extensions between releases.
There were a lot of issues with the minPHP bridge, including issues with PHP 7 among the bridge and 3rd party libraries we use. Most of those have been corrected in beta 4 with only a couple lingering PHP 7 issues remaining that we're aware of. If you're looking to help us get to a final release, please consider doing some extensive testing with the beta.
The way things are looking right now, I think there will be 1 more beta, then final release. We're working hard to get that final beta out shortly.

Instead of having a multi-select... why not using the same approch we did... having a Group called "Global" and create all custom field under this group. This way, don't need to change anything in the database...and like I said, we are using that since a while here and it's working fine everywhere!

Are you able in the v4 to add the "Global custom field", a while ago in v3. I made a custom plugin for that issue but it will be way better to have that directly in the core...

1- No, it dosent delet attachments from system. You have to manually delete. (I will add an option to delete on next release). To delete you have to go to your "Uploads Directory" then enter on you rcompany ID, for exemple "1/" and you will see the foleder called "support_managerpro_files" you can then delete the files.
2- Do you have "Debug mode" on on blesta.php ? Configure::errorReporting(-1); if so disable, Configure::errorReporting(0);
3- To edit the Fileds and/or options go to Settings->Plugins->Installed->Support Manager Pro->Manage-> (you will see a dield called "Custom fields"), and just add your options.
To show the filed/options on a client ticket, just assign a service and update the ticket, then you can edit the Custom Fields.

Re: Just Move a Spam ticket to "Spam" status and the next ticket from that email adress will auto move to "Spam" status
5- Its because the "Auto" save feature to quickly save the option witout manually "submit"
6- Notes are private, only Admins/Staff can see them
