Have you enabled GeoIP? Settings > System > General > GeoIP Settings. If setup, hovering over the IP address on a client profile and other areas will show information about the IP address.

Reload your cache, looks fine to me.

there some form of integrate blesta with wordpress ???

There are a lot of repeated requests from customers. Like website migrations, restores, security stuff etc
I currently have a form setup to ask for that information on the website, but I'd like to have that implemented within Blesta instead. 
So how can I set this up : 
Customer goes to open a ticket. 
Is shown a list of common support requests, clicks one
A form shows up, asking for specific info
That specific info is then created in a ticket (sensitive info in a note)

Not sure which plugins you are talking about . from my part all my plugins/ modules will be upgraded to be fully v4 compatible . we have begin the most used free plugin "cookies cutter" , we have added so many option now to that plugin, the next is clean orders and resend welcome email . i think they need just a small Html code change .
We have Logicboxes Reloaded already upgraded , but we will not release it now, as we respect other developer that has a paid version, so we don't want to disturb his business .

Great plugin, but I have one problem. There is no way to open new ticket for unregistered client, I get " The client selected for this ticket does not exist." error.
 

The major email providers will block spam or those perceived to be spam, so don't send spam and you shouldn't have much of a problem.
Emailing a lot of users will take a long time to send anyway. If you send 5000 emails from the mass mailer, I would not be surprised if it took 90 minutes to complete. I don't think this would trigger a rate limit.

Makes sense that it's tricky to do without switching to a mobile specific menu. I can work with this setup though.
As a side note, I personally use the Blesta admin 95%+ when I'm on a desktop and not a mobile device. It'll be interesting to see how others use it.

+1, thare some Blesta users that alredy askme how to change routes of modules, and now its still very ugly to see the "paths" of some Plugins
Maybe an extra field or config option that will catch all Plugin/Modules routes, display them in a table and be able to edit and add custom routes

I haven't seen the domain name manual setup.
I would like to setup any domain name with any price for 1 year or two, paid with paypal or whatever. The domain name should be available to add to clients account any time. The domain name would send a ticket 30 days before the domain name expires to the account holders email address. The domain name could include all the other features whois etc if ticked off. The domain name would have its own line on the invoice for payment or be invoiced separately any time.

Open a ticket and I'll issue a dev license to your account. If you have an owned license, it'll be permanent, if monthly, then it'll expire after 6 months but can be extended.
