When recording a payment I cannot use "X,XX" as amount: Amount must be a number.

Ok, i'll try to report some "language" issues or missing (as reported in our check-list; some already fixed with custom fix or plugin, but i report these for a general view):
 
- Settings > Company > General > Localization: “Calendar Start Day”, “Date Format” and “Date Time Format” should be a settings in language file (otherwise i select a date format not correct for user language)
- In Settings > Company > Invoice Customization, make “Terms” multi-lingual
- Make email “signature” multi-lingual
- Product description is not multi-language (maybe also product name)
- Support Department name and description and is not multi-language (low priority)
- Knowledge base
- invoice in email in default admin language, no user language
- Plugin name in menu
- allow for a separate, translatable, name/description to be used rather than the gateway name (http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4061-allow-for-a-separate-translatable-namedescription-of-the-gateway-name/)
...
(last but not least) frontend and url (as your http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/4717-multilanguage-urls/)! 
 
 
 
Others maybe not really "multi-language" (more "localization" better than an "internationalization" issue):
- In client contact  “State/Province” question (e.g. in Italy we have State=Regions and Provinces, main cities in Regions, but select box enums all together)

We are working in add features of WHM to cPanel Extended, Totally Free.  

it would be wonderfull if the Predefined Response support multi-languages .

we can run cron manually , but the action will just run the cron that should be run in the time set to it .
 
it would be a good option to allow admin to force run a cron manually . like the suspend services, this very usefull for a cron that run 1 per day .
 
today , we have found the suspend cron task stacked and has not ended . and no services was suspended . we can't run the cron again until the next day !!! 
 
so a option that allow admin force cron to run manually even if is not it time .
 
 
 
 

Blesta Warning System By CubeData
This will serve as the placeholder for the Blesta Warning System by CubeData that is coming soon!
it was suggested by @LicenseCart or Michael Dance and will feature a automated system that will issue "warning points" to accounts that don't pay there bills, have too many overdue invoices etc which will be configurable in the plugin's settings also this plugin will also automatically mark accounts that have too many warning points that you can set the threshold in the plugin's settings as well as to how many warning points are the max allowed and if a client reaches this max warning points or goes over it there account will be automatically switched to inactive preventing login and also serving as a sort of "ban system" to make sure they don't even try to order something else which they wouldn't pay for also. These warning points will also be editable in each individual client's accounts and this system will run as a cron job.
This warning system plugin is sure to make everyone know that you mean business and if you don't pay up you will wish you did lol. as if you really want to make sure clients comply and pay for what they owe or bought display an optional "notice" on your homepage which would be a image showing the plugin is installed on your blesta and that you mean business hey if you want to scare your clients into complying go ahead lol(although like I said this will not be on by default and you would have to explicitly turn it on to show in the portal plugin or in blestacms if you have that from michael dance which would require manual code entry on both but it should work.) as it will be a image drawn by php that states the warning system plugin is installed and is enforcing and how many warning points you are allowed to get before you get the "can" lol.
 
More will come later but this is just a placeholder for now for the new plugin CubeData is developing.

from v2 , it was a option in invoice edit mode showing if the line are attached to a service or not it was just a asterisk in the line end (*) .
 
this asterisk was very helpful for staff to know if the invoice has any relation with a service , now we can't find wich invoice we should change over due date to prevent service suspension .
 
a realm scenario , we have a service X , the system generate a invoice in their renewal date set , the client sometime order the same service for this service, the staff create a invoice with the same label and price , and we give the client some time between the two invoice,  is some case the client request changing the due date , the staf can't determinate wich invoice to edit , they need to change them all now,(5/6 invoices) , and normally they can change just the one attached to the service .

we have used blesta from the beta release 1 , we have used it and it was simple and what we need , some features we have created a standalone page that we have used to do our jobs , like move services/invoices/transactions between clients .
 
after release of v3 , we have been happy to see it and it features and the most important 2 factors was "open source" and "security" , we have adapted some modules and plugins to that version , but have not upgraded for some internal decision and cases . after 2 years of watching and seeing what happen , we have finally decided to move, 6 months of test and test and test , we have decided today to move .
 
we have used blesta and some our custom plugins to build a new website fronted and billing ,  that we will release some of them .
 
- Multi-Languages Plugin , convert blesta to a true multi-languages site (urls & navigation links) . we will release it soon .
- blesta Hosting CMS (we will not release it , sorry )
- Cart Menu Plugin, display cart and content in any blesta page . we will release it soon .
- Hosting Order template , the only true hosting order template , we will release it soon .
 
Now is time to watch and see the bugs/errors that can occur . and fix them .
 
after i will dedicate a more time to help in blesta plugins/modules .

That's right, we did have this in v2 didn't we? It's a nice feature because I don't have to do date math in my head to know if the customer is behind.

I'ld like to make a point about what we (as user) expect from next new major release, but i think that a forum is not a good place to communicate with developers and/or to submit issues.
 
Personally, i lost the "pleasure" to sharing on this forum my opinions, suggestions, doubts, ... because i see that Blesta is going to a great direction, but this is not mine. We're european users and there are so many differences and needs between Blesta's market and our;  i understand that Blesta devs think for their bigger market and i appreciate so much their attempts to come with our needs.
 
In same way i think that Paul & co could share their programs, also if they are a small firm. And i would love to see, before next major release, an action to make order and update documentation and this (or better another) issues repository.
 
Now i wait a response "Blesta works fine for me" or "All you want is in dev.blesta.com", but this is not what i try to say.

We will be adding a filter icon for most widgets in the window decoration (like the cog/gear icon) that will toggle a filter section above the table listing. I need to mock up the markup for this, it's one of the things on my list.

I'd been sitting on the clip of the presenter for the past three months and finally got around to editing it over the last week although it took slightly longer than i would've liked.

they have a spent a lot of time in 4.0.0 Sprint 5, and after they should do Sprint 6 ....  and maybe more . i don't think is the mass mailer !
 
version 4 is a major release , not just a core improvement, it also a minphp upgrade to use namespace , that can lead to rewrite/upgrade some files/plugins/modules . but from my point , i will not surprised if it arrive in Q3 the beta/final release 4.

Please format the tax rate on display. Instead of displaying GST (15.0000%) I want it to display GST (15%). Probably something like floatval($tax_rate) would be fine, I can't think of a reason anybody would need extra 0s. As a workaround I've changed the database column to be an INT.

We need the same request . No option to do this with the actual plugins . The only safe way is blesta staff add event for tickets . That way is so easy to implement this idea .
