The Blesta trial is fully featured and allows all features and modules. It's the same code, and no restrictions.

I personally would like to see #1 happen. As mentioned, being an agency that manages multiple accounts for clients, two of the best platforms that showcase this type of functionality is Vimeo & Google. I can sign in with a "single" username and password and access every company through that single login. Then in the account dropdown, just have an option to switch companies - https://screencast.com/t/Izqzuv14DTNd

Letting someone create username "example" at Company A, then letting someone completely different use that same exact username "example" at Company B - you're asking for a whole world of trouble and it would be super confusing to account managers that handle the accounts. Then what happens if username "example" at Company A wants to sign up for Company B - but now they have to create a whole new username and password because someone already used it, right? How is that making it easier?

Profiles are not related each one. Not switch betwen companies. <-- Then you are simply asking to create a new account for any/every company? Isn't this the default behavior right now or am I missing something?

To an extent we did and there comes a point where it's not cost effective to keep doing so. I'm not the best developer so I did what I could. We also contributed to CyanDark for the cPanel module that unfortunately didn't happen and patching customizations after every main release is very time consuming as well. We have no issue using WHMCS so I'm sorry if I sound like I'm complaining. I was trying to state why we left Blesta. That's all. Our business isn't to be developers so we've purchased another solution that has what we need to run our business. I support Open Source and it's awesome to give others the ability to write their own code and modify software. We are also the reason Blesta users have a plugin with SupportPal to integrate with their support ticket software. We sponsored that development with SupportPal.

I get that and respect that. I really don't understand @Paul lack of updates on any of this. If it was high priority, I would think 'something' would have been released by now.

It's worth whatever you and the buyer want to to pay. A lifetime Unbranded if you have that from Blesta is $500 so that or less. If it's a Owned Unbranded license than that depends on how much you paid from the vendor. And domains is being worked on but they don't have a magic wand. If they did they would build Blesta from the future where the competitor you used had 13 years to build on it. If Blesta could travel to the future 13 years ahead and bring that code back to the current 4.0 which was built on 3.0 in 2013 not 2005 then sure they'd have everything.

Thanks Tyson.  That extra detail was enough to get an exception from TrustWave.  The exception is not permanent, but hopefully the Blesta software will have an updated jquery version before the it comes up for review/re-evaluation.

We've been WHMCS users for well over 8 years and today we took the leap to Blesta. We will be integrating it with our new platform and slowly moving clients over in 2019. We have grown so tired of the price increases and code refactors over at WHMCS with no real added value for us.

Is this Input? Is there no Output?
192.168.1.15 is a non-routable IP address. Go Cardless will not be able to post the transaction status back to Blesta.
The "refresh" occurs because your credentials are wrong, or Blesta is unable to communicate with Go Cardless. This could be because of a firewall, your non-public IP/hostname, or inability to negotiate modern SSL/TLS.
I have tested the Go Cardless gateway in 4.4.0 myself today without issue.

Addons cannot be made mandatory, but config options can have a minimum value. Consider using config options instead Quantities can be limited on addons if using the universal module and using a qty field for which you define the options. You can also have a config option of the type quantity with a min, max, and step value. The config option may be the way to go depending on how you sell/price things. Quantity of a service cannot be limited per client, only per-stock. However, it's likely we will be adding a per-client limit in the future and have an open task to do so When clients upgrade, they are charged a prorata amount for the upgrade to the end of the current term, in which case it'll renew at the new price. As an admin, you can make adjustments to do whatever you want, if you want to diverge from that. Admins can use the order form by using the "log in as client" option and checking out, however you can add services as an admin to bypass the order system which has more flexibility I'm not sure what you mean about the service status. Services only become active when: 1. The order is approved. 2. The invoice is paid. 3. The cron runs to provision paid pending services. If you add a service as an admin, you can set the status to active without payment if you want, but the system does not activate services for which no payment has been made automatically. But you can activate them manually as an admin without payment if you wish Billing
Yes, you can use 5 years as a term. Any value term period options are available. For example, 2 months, 6 weeks, 4 days, 13 years, are all possible options. Client Area/Invoicing/payments
You can have clients pay with a link in their email. To prevent them from logging in, just set a username they would not be able to guess, so that they can't reset their password Support
Yes staff can open tickets that are assigned to a client Tickets are generally assigned to a client, so if you want to keep them "internal" maybe a dummy client account to add them to would be ideal Marketing
Yes, just use the Mass Mailer plugin https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Mass+Mailer

It accepts both Mastercards and Visa, I haven't used visapay so I can't compare. And on currency I think It supports all, just depends on your provider. For us we can only accept TSH, but during demo we had USD, so It think it's ok to say they support all just depends on who gave you the mechant account.

Well, here is the funny part. We created it as a Non Mearchant Gateway even though it's Merchant, So you upload it in non Mechant.

Blesta does not have a reseller tier of users. There are Admins, Clients, Contacts. I would suggest becoming a Blesta reseller and offering your resellers their own Blesta installation. You could create a module that they use to provision for their clients, and that module connects to a Blesta plugin that you have over an API to provision.
Your Blesta (With API Plugin to provision)
    - Your resellers Blesta (With module to provision with your API)
-- Your resellers customers (Inside your resellers Blesta installation)
