    1- No, it dosent delet attachments from system. You have to manually delete. (I will add an option to delete on next release). To delete you have to go to your "Uploads Directory" then enter on you rcompany ID, for exemple "1/" and you will see the foleder called "support_managerpro_files" you can then delete the files.

    2- Do you have "Debug mode" on on blesta.php ? Configure::errorReporting(-1); if so disable, Configure::errorReporting(0);

    3- To edit the Fileds and/or options go to Settings->Plugins->Installed->Support Manager Pro->Manage-> (you will see a dield called "Custom fields"), and just add your options.

    To show the filed/options on a client ticket, just assign a service and update the ticket, then you can edit the Custom Fields.

    4- 
    - Realtime Open Tickets
    Re: It should show after you recive a ticket in "open" status

    - Highlight Selected Status Bar
    Re: Wen you select a "Status" it should hilight (change background color)

    - The Built in Auto Spam function ( how is it configured ) 
    Re: Just Move a Spam ticket to "Spam" status and the next ticket from that email adress will auto move to "Spam" status

    5- Its because the "Auto" save feature to quickly save the option witout manually "submit"

    6- Notes are private, only Admins/Staff can see them

    Like @Licensecart says, the upgrade is only for people that alredy have "Support Manager Pro"  installed, if you never installed "Support Manager Pro" and you only use the default from Blesta "Support Manager", you cannot install the "upgrade":)

    You have to uninstall the Upgrade, remove all files, then if you dont need the Default Blesta "Support Manager" and you plano to only use my modification Support Manager Pro, unistall also the "Support Manager" from your Blesta, afther that, download the Full Support Manager Pro from my first post:

    1º- Download the full Suport Manager Pro Plugin here -> Download Support Manager Pro Plugin (updated 21-02-2016)

     

    2º- Uncompress, and upload the folder "support_managerpro" to blesta /plugins/ directory.
     
    3º- Go to Blesta Admin, and click on Setings->Company->Plugins->Available and it will list the "Support Manager Pro" plugin, just Click on "INSTALL"
     
    4º- Now you will see on new menu item called "Support Pro". Now you have to configure everything like the original Support Manager.

    Any problem just post it here  :blesta:

    @all Sorry for the late replay to all :( Very very buisy and now also a wanderfull news one month ago that I will be a father again :) so 51% dedicated to the family and 49% to my company and thats why Im not updating the foruns/plugins/extensions/modulues :(

    Support Manager Pro and Support Manager Core, dosent support that function yet, but I will add it to the todo list on this next release :)

    Just my 2 cents :P  (i still dont have time to test the latest Blesta eheh)

    Naja7host is right, it should have an option to limit by batch, because some servers limit emails by hour (we also limit for our custummers), , so if Blesta tries to send abovethe account is blocked and all outhers emails are rejected by the server for sending.

    I thinks its a litle adjustment to MassMail and only a few lines of code :blesta:

    The problem is on relative and root paths, sometimes (I didnt figure this out 100%), my code dosent detect correctly because there is no Constant Path on Blesta to use in Plugins

    Beause of Blesta 4.0 I will revise all my Plugins/Extensions/Modules/Modifications and update them :)

    If you want, you can PM me the HTML Source Code without commenting the code, and send me to reply to you with the fix :)

    @timnboys The integration is better because you can see in realtime online Chats :) In the really near feature It will get/update all Blesta Admins and add them to Live Chat witout the needing to Login twice:)

    I always had problems since Blesta 3.0, wen importing emails in "PIPE", tickets wen error reporting is -1

    I have ignored this error for some time because I have tried to trace and I think the problem is on UTF8/ACII character conversion :)

    Not all data needs to be or should be encrypted. Remember, encrypted data cannot be searched, and there is some overhead with decrypting it. Also AES does not use public/private key pairs like RSA, so the same key is used to encrypt and decrypt. This means that if an attacker got access to your database *and* your files, they could decrypt the data anyway.

    In contrast, if you were using Blesta's batch processing for charging credit cards, the private RSA keys used to decrypt cards would be encrypted with AES using a passphrase that is not stored anywhere and has to be manually entered. This method could be done elsewhere, and might be a good idea for sensitive ticket information, but the data would not be decrypted automatically and staff would have to enter a passphrase unknown by Blesta before it could be decrypted.

    Cool custom fields on CORE :) I have alredy added Custom Fields to my Support Manager Pro mod, has you can see I use arrays to store fields and data on each ticket ,and on Admin/Manage we just set all fields, I was thinking on adding a more rich interface, but I will wait until CORE-450 to start from there eheh :P

    For the tickets encryption, I have made some benchmarks and its slow on a DB with more then 100k tickets(replies) :( even with cache/ssd/mysql optimised maybe I will add 2 options:

    Option 1- encrypt (per ticket) it only will encrupt/decrypt that ticket (it will add a flag on replies to tell what are encrypted and not)
    Option 2- encrypt all Custom Fields (per custom filed)

    About the key pass to encrypt/decrypt, its an excelent idea special for staff private notes :blesta:

    Currently this is a problem with the implementation of the default support module. It's not critical, but annoying enough that I have to look for alternatives.

    For now it dosent support that functionality, buit its very easy to implement, let the new Blesta 4.0 Stable come out And I will add this in the next update ;)

    Sorry, still no migration functionality, but its easy, I didnt implement yet because there wasnt alot requests :P 
    I Will promisse to add a migration functionality betwin Support Manager Original and Support Manager Pro, also an option to Migrate all data to Core Support Manager (It will delete all data on the Support Manager that will be migrated to because of the ID's and CODE in Tickets to not mess everithing)

    Im tinking to add on next update the encryption of all Ticket's messages because of sensitive data in case of an MySQL/MariaDB intrusion, what do you think? The problem is going to be the search functionality that will be a tiny slow to let the encrypt/decrypt function to run.
