Well Adressed this idea, i was thinking to add a modal windows that the client should enter the email +password then it will login to thier webmail .

Just checked this out and it works really well - no bugs that I can see.
 
1 suggestion - for webmail, I personally think it would be better to take the client to the webmail screen where they can enter the email address they want to access instead of the system address that I think very few use or even know about. 
 
Just my 2 cents but thanks for the improvements!

This makes life SO much easier since the module grabs all of the nameserver, whois, etc automatically.  Thank you.

i want to share with the community my modified cpanel module .
UPDATED TO 2.1.1 and now compatible with blesta 3.2.1

this module is based to the core cpanel module , this modification to files only , no database change , if you do'nt like it delate it and upload the core module .
this module has :
- some extra info account summary ;
- new tab for clients , that they can change thier cpanel password ;
- new tab for logins , client can now log to cpanel/webmail/phpmyadmin/whm -just for resellers)
this feature may exist in the extended cpanel module, but this one for who don't need to move from the core module .
i will try to add more options next time .
to install just upload the cpanel folder to the modules folders and ovveride the the old one .
any suggestion/bug report it here .

This plugin allows you to upload files to a particular client's account. It also adds a navigation link called "Documents" in the client interface, which displays all files uploaded to that client with a link to download each.

I think the solution is to uncheck the box on the domain package page and restrict that package after the import is done.  Then I'm going to create a new package for all of the domains to sort of start over fresh.
 
I am excited to see this new domain module in v3.3 though.

I guess I completely misread this earlier and wasn't picking up on the 'domain' to 'domain-name' part for the key value.

ok I'm slowly figuring it out.  Under the services_field table, the key is 'domain' right now.  I'm manually updating the key to 'domain-name' right now and the label value is being filled in atleast.  Let me see what happens as I go through more of them.

You can edit the database.
 
1. Back up your database!!!!!
 
2. Go to the database and then find the service_fields
  3. now go to the service you want's manage page you should see a link like the following:   domain.com/admin/clients/editservice/350/571/   Now you see the LAST number (I've made mine bold for you)   4. In the table click on SEARCH. Search service_id for the number aka for me 571.   4.1. You can then update your KEY "domain-name"'s VALUE.   If you don't get anything, go to 5.)   5. Insert a ROW to the table.   service_id  = 571 key = domain-name value = licensecart.com   Each domain needs a domain-name and order-id field per service id.   Eg: 13    domain-name         licensecart.com        0 0 13    order-id                  49346551                  0 0   Order-id is the order number on the Logicboxes system.     I did this type when I imported due to WHM** but I moved to 2.5 and then to 3.0

I tried loading blesta.com in Chrome and FF on the mac right now and I just get a spinning wheel.  Anyone else have issues?

No. When we made the roadmap public all tasks by default were made private. As we move forward, most tasks will be changed to public or created as public. Even so, there will be tasks that remain private. Just because it doesn't show up at dev.blesta.com doesn't mean it's not in there. OpenSRS belongs to CORE-387.
 
OpenSRS was originally going to be the first module with reliance/integration with our planned domain registrar plugin, CORE-818. However, the plugin is going to take some time to complete and the demand for OpenSRS caused us to rethink this. It will be released prior to the plugin, and work similarly to all the other domain registrar plugins that ship with Blesta.

Does anyone else think the fees charged by PayPal are rediculous?  I let 2 customers pay that way and got charged way more in service fees than Bluepay charges me.  $165USD payment was a $5.09 fee from PayPal.

I agree.  I get enough people calling me to order on the phone let alone figuring that out online.  It needs to be as easy and intuitive as possible.

It sounds like there may be 2 or 3 things going on here. The first error that says to use GET finally clicked with me. We had a similar issue in v2 a couple years ago because the live and test APIs behave differently. This is why some of you experienced a problem, while we couldn't duplicate it in our test environment. I believe the solution to this problem is the following:
 
Update /components/modules/logicboxes/apis/commands/logicboxes_customers.php (line 177)
return $this->api->submit("customers/search", $vars); change to:
return $this->api->submit("customers/search", $vars, "GET"); Then try creating another service and let me know what happens.
 
 
 
You unchecked the "Use Module" checkbox when you added the service? And it still attempted to add it using the module? That doesn't sound right.

I created this by having an existing customer and going Client -->> Browse -->> Select Customer -->> Add Service -->> Choose Package (Domain Registration) -->> Then selected do not invoice, do not provision using logic boxes module and do not send email to customer and I selected 1 year term.  Also selected Status "Active" and entered the domain name and proper nameservers along with the term.
 
This domain is already registered, so I was trying to get it added to the customers account (just a test account for now) so it shows up there and it produces the errors after I run the cron job to sync.

I have just signed up with domainbox but they are the cheapest wholesale that I've seen and they don't seem overly complicated.  Tucows is pretty easy to use and has good support but they're expensive.  For example, after fees, it's $11.03 USD + credit card fees (from depositing your money) for a .com vs about $8.65 USD through domainbox
 
It doesn't sound like a lot but every penny adds up and the cheaper price allows anyone to better compete with the bigger companies out there if they have to.

If a ticket is closed, what purpose does that status serve if the ticket can still be replied to?
 
I can see having a Re-open Ticket option available X days after a ticket is closed, and which may be extended to replies being emailed in, but otherwise, I think the Closed status needs to be used as the ticket end-state.

They charge 3.40% and 20p fee on GBP Payments and 2.90% and 30c on USD payments.
 
I have a PayPal calculator app on my android  But yeah they are high if you charge 10p you get nothing, if you charge 20p you get nothing.

It's there right now.  I'll setup cron and run it to see if that changes anything.

Mod Rewrite is installed so I'll have to look into the rest of it.  I'm happy to hear that I can make the /index.php/ part go away.

That is good news. I'm in the process of switching to resell.biz but I still have to manage these domains for the time being. I have to complimemt you guys on how clean the system is right now. I hope it never gets bloated and cluttered like some of the competitors.
